The multi-storied malls, hypermarkets, supermarkets have all made a revolution in retail experience among the consumers. Therefore, the customers do not only visit the store for buying goods and services, they go with the expectation of having fun, entertainment, spending leisure time etc. Moreover, the consumers‟ purchasing power has been increasing and this encourages the retailers to concentrate on building a better environment in the stores.
