This Book is study that the main aim of the study was to seek to examine level of organizational justice among Druze secondary school principals inside the Green Line, identify career Creativity among teachers from their perceptions and to identify differences in career Creativity considering gender, experience and qualification examine. The study also examines the relationship between organizational justice among Druze secondary school principals inside the Green Line and career Creativity among teachers. The sample of the study consisted of (306) male and female teachers selected using simple random sampling from Druze secondary schools’ principals inside the Green Line, representing (41.3%) of the original population of the study. To achieve the objectives of the study, (2) instruments were used; the first was Organizational Justice Scale and the second is Career Creativity Scale.
